Renowned for his extensive research contributions, he has presented and published over 100 research papers, collaborating with undergraduate and postgraduate students at prestigious national and international platforms. His exceptional academic journey includes the completion of a PhD from the esteemed University of Lucknow’s Department of Applied Economics in 2003. Beyond his academic accomplishments, Dr. Bhardwaj actively engages with MSMEs, farmers, and various community stakeholders, dedicated to enhancing their socio-economic well-being while making the most of minimal resources. His invaluable insights have contributed to policy frameworks for rural development and labor economics, providing valuable recommendations to state and central governments. Furthermore, Dr. Bhardwaj’s commitment extends to mentoring craftsmen, artisans, and micro-enterprises under the esteemed One District One Product (ODOP) scheme initiated by the Government of India and Uttar Pradesh.
